Terms of service

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. One email and one phone number may be linked to a single account. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including actions by staff you invite to your organization.

Each organization is an isolated tenant. Teams, players, fixtures, scores, media and CRM records you upload belong to you; you grant us the licence needed to host, process and display them so the product works (for example on public tournament pages you choose to publish).

New organizations get a free trial. After the trial you must be on a paid plan to keep using paid features. Plans renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current period.

Payments are collected through our payment gateway partner. We do not store card details. Prices are shown in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

All sales are final. See our refund and cancellation policy.

You are solely responsible for the tournaments you run — eligibility rules, entry fees you collect from participants, prizes, venue safety, consents for minors, and compliance with local law and sport federation rules. KheloOnline is software; we are not the organizer of your events.

No unlawful content, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, resale of the platform, or use that degrades service for others. We may suspend accounts that breach this, including for repeated fair play violations.

Posters, websites and copy generated by AI are produced on your instruction. Review outputs before publishing; you are responsible for the content you publish. Usage is metered by plan quota.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may close your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment or unlawful use. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Yunitelabs. Questions: support@kheloonline.in.
