Fair play policy

Players must be registered under their real name and correct date of birth. Impersonation, overage players in age-group events, and duplicate registrations across teams in the same event are prohibited. Organizers should verify identity documents before a tournament begins.

Live scores, statistics and standings entered on KheloOnline must reflect what happened on the field. Deliberately falsifying scores, editing results after a match to change outcomes, or manipulating standings is a serious violation and may result in tournament removal.

Any attempt to fix a match, spot-fix an event within a match, or bet on a tournament in which you participate or officiate is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Use of performance-enhancing substances banned by WADA or the relevant national federation is prohibited. Organizers running sanctioned events must follow their federation's anti-doping code.

Abuse, discrimination, harassment, violence and intimidation towards players, officials, volunteers or spectators are not tolerated — on the field or on tournament pages, comments and fan feeds hosted by us.

Creating fake teams or fan accounts to inflate followings, manipulating leaderboard widgets, and issuing certificates for participation that did not occur are violations of this policy and of our terms of service.

Report a violation to fairplay@kheloonline.in with the tournament name and evidence. Reports are treated confidentially. Depending on severity we may warn the organizer, unpublish affected results or pages, suspend the account, or refer the matter to a federation or law enforcement.

Organizers remain responsible for on-field disciplinary decisions in their own events; KheloOnline enforces only what happens on the platform.
