Acceptable use
KheloOnline is shared infrastructure for thousands of tournaments. These rules keep it fast, safe and lawful for everyone.

Prohibited content
Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or that exposes personal data of players without consent. This applies to blogs, posters, tournament microsites, gallery media and fan posts.
Prohibited conduct
No spamming leads or contacts, no unsolicited bulk email through the platform, no scraping, automated bulk downloading, credential sharing, or attempts to access another organization's data.
Security
Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without written permission, bypass quotas or rate limits, or interfere with other tenants' use of the service. Responsible disclosure is welcome at security@kheloonline.in.
AI features
Do not use poster, website or copy generation to create misleading endorsements, impersonate real people or brands, or produce content that violates this policy. AI usage is metered; circumventing metering is a breach.
Fair resource use
Storage, media uploads and API calls are subject to plan limits. Sustained use that materially affects platform performance may be throttled after notice.
Enforcement
We may remove content, unpublish pages, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with notice where practical and immediately where there is risk of harm or legal exposure.
