Delivery policy
KheloOnline sells software access only. This page exists because payment gateways require a stated delivery policy.

Digital delivery
There is no physical shipment. Subscriptions, add-ons and AI credit packs are activated on your organization account immediately after the payment gateway confirms the payment — usually within seconds, and in all cases within 24 hours.
Confirmation
You receive an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt with the invoice. Your active plan and remaining quota are always visible under Billing in the dashboard.
If activation is delayed
If a payment succeeded but your plan has not activated, write to billing@kheloonline.in with the payment reference. We resolve activation issues within one business day.
Physical items
Certificates, posters and tournament websites generated on the platform are delivered as digital files or hosted pages. Any printing or physical dispatch of medals, trophies or certificates is arranged by the organizer, not by KheloOnline.
