Refund & cancellation
We keep this simple and transparent: try the product free, then pay only if it works for you. Once a subscription is paid, it is non-refundable.

No refunds
All payments for KheloOnline subscriptions and add-ons are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part. This includes unused time in a billing period, unused AI quota, and periods where you chose not to use the platform.
Free trial instead
Because we do not offer refunds, every new organization gets a free trial with access to the paid feature set. Use the trial to confirm the platform fits your tournament before you pay. No card is charged during the trial.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made. There is no cancellation fee.
Add-ons and AI credits
Add-on packs (posters, websites, extra quota) are consumable and non-refundable once purchased, whether or not the quota is used. Unused quota does not carry over unless the add-on says so.
Exceptions we do honour
If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, we reverse the duplicate or erroneous amount in full. Write to billing@kheloonline.in within 7 days of the charge with the payment reference.
Approved reversals are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; the time it appears in your account depends on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
